Rooms are divided into the following three categories: Room with shared bathroom, Studio, Luxurious studio, 2-room apartment, 3-room apartment. All apartments have private bathrooms with a tub or a shower and WC, kitchenette (refrigerator, electrical cooker or microwave oven, water heater for drinks, full set of dishes), television (it is partly possible to watch satellite channels as well), radio alarm clock, hair dryer, etc.

Restaurants and Bars:

The ground floor contains a small Italian restaurant Pizzeria Aria, where breakfast is served from 8 a.m. (from a price of CZK 70.- per person). In the evening the restaurant is open to 11 p.m.

A classical apartment building from the 1930s is located opposite the Music Theatre of Karlin and opposite the Coach station Florenc.

more than 48 hours before arrival = no charge
less than 24 hours before arrival = 100% from the price for the first night.

Payment Policy

In the case of stays for 7 and more nights it is possible to agree upon a discount depending on the occupancy rate.

The accommodation provider furthermore reserves the right to require a returnable deposit for the apartment equipment up to an amount of EUR 100.- which can be possibly used for settlement of damages found during the stay or on departure.
