We would like to offer you three kinds of apartments: Studio, One bedroom apartment, Two bedrooms apartment. All apartments have modern equipped kitchen with microwave, kettle,cable TV,hair drier,iron.

Restaurants and Bars:

There are numerous restaurants, bars, coffee shops within walking distance. Breakfast is served from 7:30 till 10:30 in Pzzeria ?ach Mat situated on the ground floor.

Location:

Konviktska Apartments can be found in the very center of the Old Town . Just few steps from all the historical monuments in this area or from Wenceslav square.

Our apartments are situated on the 4th floor of the building. All of them are equipped in almost the same way in modern and cosy style.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellated reservations have to be sent in written form.
INDIVIDUALS:
SEASON 1
1. Cancellation 2 days before checking in we will charge you 1st night
2. Cancellation 24 hours before checking in we will charge you 50% of total price.

SEASON 2
1. Cancellation 14 days before checking in we will charge 1st night
2. Cancellation 7 days before checking in we will charge 100% of total price.
SAESON III AND IV
1. Cancellation 2 days before checking in we will charge you 1st night
2. Cancellation 24 hours before checking in we will charge you 50% of total price.
GROUPS:
1. Cancellation 28 days before checking in we will charge 10% of total price.
2. Cancellation 21 days before checking in we will charge 30% of total price
3. Cancellation 14 days before checking in we will charge 50 % of total price.
4. Cancellation 7 days before checking in we will charge you 80 % of total price.
5. Cancellation 3 - 0 days before checking in we will charge 100% of total price.
